Tool #1)  Turbo Lister

If you are still doing all your listings on-line to eBay with Sell Your Item Form (SYIF), I suggest you upgrade to Turbo Lister. This is especially important if you are on a dial-up connection.

Turbo Lister is a FREE listing tool developed and supported by eBay. You simply download Turbo Lister to your hard drive from the eBay site. Then you can do all your listings offline and at normal speed to your hard drive.

Once your listings are complete, you can choose when to send them to eBay. If you are on dial-up, hit the “Upload to eBay” button just before you turn in for the night and let your listings upload. If you are on high-speed, you simply select the items you want to upload and then send them to eBay at the time you want your listings to begin. This will save you some eBay fees compared to SYIF because you can send all your listings at once, exactly when you want them to begin, and not have to pay eBay the additional fees required for pre-scheduled listings.

 Tool #2)  Roboform

eBay sellers visit several websites each day such as eBay, PayPal, online banks, or distributors, wholesalers, suppliers to search for new products, order products, or even for personal use. Each site will have a different login and password. You can start with a little black book next to your computer with all your login and passwords for the various sites. However, soon you will have so many it will become a chore.

I have discovered a great tool that resides on your computer and remembers all your login and passwords for each site you visit. Simply save all your favorite sites under your browser’s “Favorite” tab.  Then, when you click on that site, this tool will automatically fill in your Login and Password. You no longer have to remember them or look them up. Fantastic!

There is a free version for up to 30 sites, then a Pro version for about $30 for unlimited sites. I suggest you get the Pro version.
